Account registration data (name, email address, company name, job title), billing information processed through our payment provider (Stripe), content and documents you upload for analysis, communications with our support team, and survey or feedback responses.

Device and browser information (type, operating system, screen resolution), IP address and approximate geographic location, usage data (features accessed, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps), performance and error data to improve service reliability, and authentication session data.
Information from Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (e.g., CRM platforms, communication tools, email), we collect data from those services only as necessary to provide the features you have enabled. We do not access data from connected services beyond what is required for the specific integration.

BattleIQ uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate competitive intelligence. Your uploaded content is processed by AI models to produce analyses, summaries, and insights. We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models. AI-generated outputs may be stored as part of your account data and are subject to the same protections as other data you provide.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We may share your information with: (a) service providers who assist us in operating the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations; (b) your organization's administrators, if you use the Service as part of a team account; (c) law enforcement or government agencies when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and (d) parties involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your data would remain subject to this Privacy Policy. We do not share your competitive intelligence data with other customers or third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for reactivation or data export, after which it is deleted from our active systems. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days. We retain aggregated, anonymized data indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes.
